Refund, Return & Collection Policy – More Godspeed

At More Godspeed, every piece of clothing is made from scratch with careful craftsmanship. Due to the high volume of production, occasional faults may occur as a result of human error or negligence during the manufacturing process. We kindly ask for your understanding and assure you that we are committed to delivering high-quality products.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items
    •    All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
    •    Exchanges are only allowed if the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was received.
    •    If an item is found to be faulty, please provide clear images of the product so we can conduct a proper investigation.
    •    If the item you purchased is out of stock, we will provide an alternative item of equal value.

Warranty Policy

Our products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

To Process a Warranty Claim, Please Provide:

✅ Clear images of the faulty item
✅ Order details, including date of purchase
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear over time
❌ Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
❌ Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or misuse
❌ Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues only.

In-Store Purchases – Returns & Exchanges
    •    Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7-14 days of purchase.
    •    The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Order Collection from Retail Stores

For quicker assistance, you may collect your online order from our nearest retail store. However, please allow 7-10 working days for processing before coming to collect.

    •    If you arrive before the 7-10 working days, your order may not be available at the store yet, as delivery timelines apply.
    •    Please wait for a confirmation from us before heading to the store to avoid disappointment.
